Attendance
• Timing- Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 04.00 pm.
• On Saturday 08.30 am to 12.30 am, *Fourth Saturday will be Holiday
• Pupils are expected to attend school on the re-opening day after every vacation.
• Attendance for official school functions like Republic Day, Independence Day and Sport Day etc. is compulsory.
• Leave for absence is granted on a “leave letter” (mere information will not suffice). 
• In case of absence without prior permission, the ward on coming to the school, must have the reason of absence entered and signed by the guardian in the leave record of the diary.
Assessment
• The school holds three terminal examinations and regular class tests throughout each academic year. The tests are the mechanism to measure the progress of the student.
• Pupil absent for an examination for any reason will not be examined again.
• Willful breach of the examination rules is punishable and answer paper will not be given to back those students.
• Peoples will not be permitted to appear for their terminal examination or Unit test unless all fees/dues are paid up-to-date.
• The progress report and paper file shall be shown to the parents after every terminal examination. Parents/guardians will duly scrutinize it as indicative of the progress of the pupil and affix their signature to it.
Parents-Teacher Meeting
• Every forth Saturday will be parents teacher meeting day. Direct interaction between the parents and the teacher between 11.00 an to 01.00 pm. sharp.
General
• A guardian wishing to meet the ward in the school should seek prior permission of the Principal.
• Parents and guardians are not allowed to meet the Principal or teacher during the class hours. 
• Parents are expected to go through the reports of their wards given by the school from time to time.
• Private tuitions shall not be encouraged. Private tutors should not be engaged without prior permission of the Principal.
Promotion
• Result of progressive assessment at the end of the year is final in all cases and will not be reconsidered.
• The final assessment for the promotion shall be decided on the basis of the progress of the pupil throughout the year.
• Pupils absence from an examination without valid reason will be considered as having failed in it with zero score.
• Pupils will be required to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each subject.
• The school reserves the right to accept the parent’s request for voluntary detention.
• Pupils detains twice in any class will be asked to discontinue from the school.
